Business Development Managers

Bloomclicks is seeking purpose-driven individuals to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our advertising clients. Your primary role with the company will be acquiring new advertising clients working with them to produce campaigns that our affiliates will promote. You will learn about the performance marketing industry and become knowledgeable enough to present and close sales pitch over the phone or through email.

You will also become the main contact for both small and large businesses. You will set up and manage their marketing campaigns, maintain strict compliance, oversee budgets, and grow each account to its fullest potential. You will work well as part of a team while self-managing your time to reach out to your clients daily also to meet your monthly sales targets and company objectives.

It is essential that you have no problem communicating over the phone, or through email and Skype messaging.

This position may include international travel to industry conferences and tradeshows multiple times a year. New York City, Las Vegas, Bangkok, Berlin, Barcelona, Hong Kong, United Kingdom are some of the most common locations where these shows are held.

Job Description:

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Follow/meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
  • Research prospective companies and their potential to become successful advertisers at Bloomclicks.
  • Acquire new advertising clients through cold calling and communicating with company representatives on digital platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Maintain continuous contact with advertisers to grow client relationships and achieve their desired sales goals.
  • Set-up and manage performance marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate with Affiliate Managers regarding campaign details and restrictions in relation to affiliate promotion.
  • Attend industry tradeshows to meet with potential and existing clients to communicate company benefits and strengthen current relationships.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Client acquisition.

  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience.

Qualification Requirements:

Post-Secondary education and experience in B2C or B2B sales, business development, recruiting, account management, sales, digital marketing or affiliate marketing is considered an asset.

  • BA/BS required. Minimum 1-year online marketing experience
  • Working with International companies/clients- required.
  • Specific experience focused on online affiliate marketing is a major plus.
  • Knowledge of online tracking methods such as cookie pixel tracking is a major plus.

Affiliate Managers

Bloomclicks is seeking to hire Purpose driven and goal getter individuals to manage the accounts of newly approved affiliates. The Affiliate Manager’s primary role will be involves recruiting new affiliates, managing the existing ones as the case may be, generate performance reports and track after QA revenues.

You will approve or decline affiliate applications, and effectively introduce affiliates to the network, setting them up for eventual success. You will be educated on the performance marketing industry, and be the first point of contact at Bloomclicks for novice affiliates. Affiliate Managers strive to maintain strict compliance and grow each account to its fullest potential.

Job Description:

  • Recruit new affiliates/publishers on a daily base.
  • Conduct introductory phone interviews and oversee applications of new affiliates.
  • Research and analyze campaigns to suggest to affiliates on a case-by-case basis.
  • Manage and assist affiliates by promptly answering questions, and work together to solve issues that they may encounter.
  • Practice strict compliance and ensure all affiliates meet both Bloomclicks and advertiser guidelines.
  • Day-to-day Affiliate Account Management: Push campaigns to affiliates and help them maximize their ROI.
  • Negotiate terms & payouts.
  • Ensure partners’ satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage affiliates’ billing on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Prepare performance reports, track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities from our Affiliates.
  • Establish the company’s online presence and more.
  • Attending conferences when necessary (Proven AM)

Required Skills and Competencies:
